About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused *Signage Project Executive* to manage signage projects from site survey to successful installation. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, understand their branding requirements, prepare design concepts, obtain approvals, and coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities

Visit customer sites to take accurate measurements and assess installation requirements.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable signage and branding solutions.

Prepare design layouts using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.

Present designs to customers and obtain approvals.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are manufactured as approved.

Work with the installation team to execute projects efficiently.

Conduct site inspections during and after installation to ensure quality standards.

Maintain project documentation, site photographs, measurements, and approval records.

Coordinate with customers throughout the project and provide timely updates.

Ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.

Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare technical layouts.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong coordination and project management abilities.

Knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, and installation is preferred.

Ability to solve site-related issues independently.

Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby areas.
Qualification
-
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in signage, branding, advertising, interiors, or a related industry.

Freshers with strong design skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Preferred
-
Experience in handling signboard or branding projects.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
