Job Description
The executive will be the first point of contact for our organization. The candidate should bridge the gap between client and back office.

Fluency in English and this role requires 6 days of working in a week from 9.30 am till 6.30 pm.
Role & Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.

Handle incoming calls and emails, forwarding them to relevant individuals or departments.

Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.

Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure the reception area is well-maintained.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and various departments to relay messages and information.

Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing urgent matters and Handle sensitive information and situations with professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
