Job Description

We are looking for a HR Assistant responsible for providing essential support in various HR functions to ensure the effective and efficient management of the organization’s workforce. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The HR Assistant reports to the HR Manager or relevant supervisor and collaborates with employees, management, and external stakeholders.


  • Any UG Degree

  • Both Male and Female Candidates Can Apply

  • 2 to 5 Years Experience.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and training records.

  • Facilitate enrollment and changes in benefit plans and communicate with benefits providers as needed.

  • Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns, escalating to HR management as necessary.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and maintaining HR databases.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
